The hotel was conveniently located near many sites we wanted to visit, including Recoleta Cemetery. We also enjoyed the proximity to various bus stops, making it easy to explore the city. the breakfast area had excellent service from Daniel, who kept the tables clean and the buffet well-stocked.

The bed in our room was too soft and the sheets kept pulling out from the mattress, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Great location in a bustling area, super close to the famous cemetery, lively bars, and a nice shopping center only 200 meters away. The beds are really comfy and the rooms are spacious and big. 🛏️

All in all it's reasonably priced and modern hotel, we had a real good stay here. The location was marvellous and stunning, for example, Shopping Mall was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. The room we had included a safe, cable programming and a microwave.

The location of this hotel was perfect! Situated in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, there were plenty of great restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a mini fridge and kitchenette. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a good variety of options. we felt well taken care of and had everything we needed for a great price.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few downsides. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, sometimes taking too long to get hot or suddenly changing temperature.

I had a wonderful stay at Cyan Recoleta. The location was superb, allowing me to easily explore the city. The staff members were friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Despite some noise from the street, the room was clean and spacious. The view of Recoleta Cemetery was simply breathtaking. The breakfast provided was satisfactory for a 3-star hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and comfortable accommodations.

The hotel had a perfect location, right in the heart of one of the best neighborhoods of the city. Lots of bars and restaurants around and a shopping mall half a block away. We loved the fact that the front desk staff was beyond nice and helpful. , the rooms were equipped with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.

Although the room was equipped with everything we needed, the decoration was quite cold and not modern. The white walls and black leather sofa did not make us feel relaxed or comfy.
